Vellum is usually known as parchment paper or tracing paper. It is translucent but not transparent, with a slightly waxy finish. You can use printed vellum for detailing or as an accent for your scrapbook and journaling projects. But there are many other options, like die-cutting, punching, or using as a front sheet in your album, to name a few.
